By downloading, installing, or using the Winner - Quit Gambling app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Winner is a self-help tool designed to support individuals who wish to reduce or stop gambling. The App provides streak tracking, journaling, urge logging, motivational content, and related features. Winner is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Not Medical Advice

The App does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Content within the App is for informational and motivational purposes only. If you are experiencing a gambling addiction crisis, please contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 or seek professional help.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Winner offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly at $12.99/month, Yearly at $49.99/year) and a one-time Lifetime purchase at $69.99.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. All data entered into the App (journal entries, reasons for quitting, etc.) is stored locally on your device.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are owned by Winner and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Winner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses from gambling or reliance on App content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
